Gourmet Broiled Fish

Ingredients

2 lbs. thin fish fillets (sole, scrod, halibut or bass).

1/4 cup mayonaisse

2-3 tbls. Chelsea spice

1 lemon juiced

Instructions

Preheat broiler. Mix all and coat fish fillets. Broil 6-10 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
